Terms and Conditions of “Music Master” Quiz
1. Terms and definitions
"SUBSCRIBER" - a person who has entered into an agreement with the OPERATOR for the provision of mobile communication services;
"OPERATOR" - LLC "MOBIUZ", providing its network for transmission or reception of information specified by the Subscriber, based on a public offer accepted by the Subscriber.
"SMS" (ShortMessageService) - a service provided by the OPERATOR to SUBSCRIBERS, allowing the latter to send and receive short text messages.
"NETWORK" - a set of technical means (switching and radio equipment, subscriber devices, connecting lines, structures, etc.) of the OPERATOR, with the help of which the SUBSCRIBER is provided with communication services on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
"SUBSCRIBER DEVICE" - the SUBSCRIBER's terminal equipment connected to the NETWORK, through which the information specified by the SUBSCRIBER is transmitted or received via communication channels.
"SERVICE NUMBER" - a short number allocated by the OPERATOR to the CONTENT PROVIDER for the provision of CONTENT SERVICES to the SUBSCRIBER.
"USER" - a Subscriber who purchases the services of the Content Provider, who has accepted the terms of this agreement by confirming his consent by sending a short message, or who has confirmed his acceptance of the terms of the agreement by pressing the confirmation key, at his own request, for a fee, uses and receives non-material services provided Content provider.
"CONTENT PROVIDER" - LLC "SDS Carrier Solutions", which has a contractual relationship with the Operator and provides services for Subscribers on the basis of an agreement with the Operator
"CONTENT SERVICE" - reference, entertainment and / or other information, melodies, pictures, videos, games, participation in polls, contests and similar events provided by the CONTENT PROVIDER to the SUBSCRIBER at the request of the latter.
"REQUEST" - a command made by the SUBSCRIBER by sending SMS, USSD, IVR voice service to the SERVICE NUMBER from the SUBSCRIBER DEVICE and / or by calling the SERVICE NUMBER from the SUBSCRIBER DEVICE, containing the command to interact with the COMPLEX to gain access to the COLLECTOR.
"TECHNICAL SUPPORT" - a set of activities carried out by the OPERATOR to provide technical support for the provision of CONTENT SERVICES by the CONTENT PROVIDER to SUBSCRIBERS, including round-the-clock operation and maintenance of the SERVICE NUMBER.
"SUBSCRIPTION" - providing the Subscriber with access to the promo quiz for a set fee within a certain period of time.
2. Terms and description
"Music Master" is a quiz based on the popular world game "Guess the melody". This fun online music test gives users the ability to guess songs on the wheel with their music skills.
The user spins the wheel and gets random music on the wheel with points, respectively. If the user answers correctly (guesses the music or the singer in 15 seconds), he / she scores points.
The “Music Master” quiz is not a gambling, lottery, promotional lottery or other event based on the risk of playing games and bets and is purely advertising in nature, it is held to increase subscribers' interest in additional services and to use the Operator's SMS services.
All subscribers of the operator are informed about the conduct and conditions of the Quiz through SMS or other promotion channels of the operator and content provider.
Operator's subscribers with any phone model (smartphones and old phones) can participate in the quiz.
To activate the “Master of Music” quiz, subscribers will need to send command 1 to the short number 6303, dial *6303# or go through authorization on the WEB-portal of the service: www.6303.uz. In the process of subscribing through the WEB portal, the Subscriber, by pressing the active button, confirms that this number belongs to him, after which the PIN code from the short number 6303 is sent to the Subscriber's mobile phone via SMS, which must be entered in the form.
In response to his request for a subscription, the subscriber receives a free welcome SMS message with a link to the service, as well as about the rules of the quiz and subscription.
The quiz is provided in accordance with the order, terms, conditions and procedure provided in this document.
The Terms and Conditions of the Quiz are a public offer addressed to the Operator's Subscribers, and become an agreement between the Subscriber and the Content - Provider on the provision of the Service from the moment the Subscriber agrees with them. Subscriber's consent is considered to be connected to the service by sending an SMS message.
3. Purpose and cost
The purpose of the quiz is to draw attention to the services of “MOBIUZ” LLC.
Subscribers of OPERATOR can take part in the Quiz by sending an SMS with the command 1 to the short number 6303 of the quiz (tariff cost: 1599 soums / day, including VAT).
To deactivate the service, the Subscriber must send the word STOP to 6303.
4. Language of the quiz
The quiz is provided in Uzbek (main language, default language) and Russian (language of the Subscriber's choice).
To change the language of the quiz to Russian, the subscriber must send an SMS with the keyword - RU to the short number 6303. To return to the Uzbek language, the user must send an SMS with the keyword - UZ to the short number 6303.
After changing the language, the user receives a corresponding SMS notification and the next question in the selected language.
5. Acceptance of conditions
All participants guarantee that they have carefully read and fully understand these Terms, which are publicly available on the website www.6303.uz.
Activating the service via one of the options (sending SMS to 6303, dialing *6303# or accepting the subscription through the portal www.6303.uz), the participants give their full consent and full understanding of the current conditions and agree to receive SMS messages from the short number 6303 from the Operator and the Content Provider to their mobile phones.
The quiz is realized on the basis of a daily paid subscription (1599 sum / day, including VAT). The subscription to the quiz is renewed daily for a subscription fee, for which the subscriber receives an additional 150 points to win prizes and the ability to guess 21 pieces of music.
After activating the subscription, the subscriber needs to go to the www.6303.uz website, click the "Play" button and stop the wheel spinning. When the wheel stops, the selected music will play, and the subscriber must find the answer in 15 seconds and press the button with the correct answer.
The scores for correct answers vary depending on the difficulty level of the questions. Each time the wheel stops, the portal informs the subscriber about how many points the participant will receive if he answers the question correctly. For incorrect answers, the participant does not receive or lose points.
There are 7 colors on the music wheel. Under each color, there are 3 melodies (21 fragments in total). Points are awarded according to the table below:

If during the payment for a subscription to the service, the subscriber does not have a sufficient amount on the balance (1599 sum / day), then 1066 sum is charged from the subscriber's balance and the subscriber receives less - 100 points and 14 melodies, if the amount on the balance is less than 1066 sum, then 533sum is charged and then 50 points and 7 melodies are awarded.
If the subscriber has answered 21 questions and wants to continue the game, he / she can send an SMS with the one of these keywords – ‘OK”, “DA”, “HA” to the short number 6303 and receive 21 more questions and 150 points. For each such request, an additional fee is charged: 1599 UZS (Uzbek sums) including VAT.
When requesting additional 150 points or 21 questions, there is also a reasonable logic for calculating payment, and if the subscriber cannot pay the full cost of the request - 1599 UZS, he / she is given the opportunity to pay partially and receive the corresponding number of questions and points: For 1066 SUM, 14 questions and 100 points, for 533 SUM 7 questions and 50 points.
The service subscription fee is charged until the subscriber unsubscribes from the service or when the service is terminated.
The funds spent by the Participants in connection with the use of the service are not refundable.
LLC "MOBIUZ" and LLC "SDS Carrier Solutions" reserve the right to cancel or change the offer and these conditions at any time. Any changes take effect on the day they are posted. All publications will be published on the website www.6303.uz.
In the event of a dispute regarding the conditions, conduct, results and all other issues related to the service, the decisions of MOBIUZ LLC and SDS Carrier Solutions LLC are final, and no requirements or discussions should enter into force unless otherwise provided by law.
This agreement will remain in full force and effect as long as MOBIUZ LLC and SDS Carrier Solutions LLC provide the service, not taking into account the temporary suspension of the quiz for technical reasons, for example, for repairs, scheduled maintenance or upgrading.
6. Procedure for participation
To participate in the quiz, subscribers who have the right to become participants in this quiz (see paragraph 7: Participants of the quiz) must at any time during the validity period of the quiz send command 1 via SMS to the short number 6303 or dial *6303# or pass authorization on the WEB portal services: www.6303.uz. In the process of subscribing through the WEB portal, the Subscriber, by pressing the active button, confirms that this number belongs to him, after which the PIN code from the short number 6303 is sent to the Subscriber's mobile phone via SMS, which must be entered in the form.
After the subscriber is registered in the quiz, he will receive an SMS notification from the short number 6303, which confirms his/her participation in the quiz and contains detailed information about the service, cost, and unsubscribe rules.
To disable the service, the subscriber needs to send STOP to 6303.
7. Tariffication
Abonent hisobidan har kuni QQSni hisobga olgan holda 1599 so‘m (o‘zbek so‘mi) olinadi – viktorinaga obuna bo‘lish uchun abonent to‘lovi. Xizmat uchun abonent toʻlovi abonent xizmatdan voz kechgunga qadar yoki xizmat toʻxtatilgandan keyin har kuni yechib olinadi.

Each paid subscription day gives the member the opportunity to earn additional points in addition to the points earned for submitting correct answers. 8. Limiting the number of questions in the Quiz
Participants will be able to answer a maximum of twenty (21) questions of the Quiz for free in one day. If the participant has answered 21 questions and wants to continue the game, he / she can send an SMS with the one of these keywords – ‘”OK”, “DA”, “HA” to the short number 6303.
9. Help and opt-out options
If a participant wants to refuse to participate in the quiz and thus no longer receive points for the prize draws, he / she can send an SMS free of charge to 6303 with one of the deactivation keywords “STOP”. In response, the user will receive an SMS confirming that his / her mobile number is no longer involved in the game.
After unsubscribing, the subscriber can reactivate the quiz by sending free SMS with the command 1 to the service number 6303.
Participants will also be able to send SMS to short number 6303 (free of charge) for the following purposes:
* Receive information about your current points by submitting the keyword "INFO".
10. Changing the rules
The CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR reserve the right to cancel, suspend or change these Terms and Conditions, as well as the organization and / or management of this CONTENT SERVICE, without the right to compensation and without the obligation of prior notice, any such changes are brought to the attention of the public by an additional act to these terms prior to the date of amendment.
11. Protection of personal data
The CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR inform you that personal data will be processed for the purpose of participating in the CONTENT SERVICE and can be disclosed only if the Subscriber is the winner. In addition, anonymized information may be processed for marketing purposes.
12. Responsibility
The CONTENT PROVIDER is responsible for the technical serviceability of the CONTENT SERVICE and the correctness of the information used within the CONTENT SERVICE, including questions and answers.
The CONTENT PROVIDER guarantees the delivery of the prizes specified in clause 8. of these conditions to the participants identified as winners in accordance with these conditions.
In the event that, due to force majeure circumstances, the described award cannot be presented, the CONTENT PROVIDER undertakes to replace it with an equivalent one.
The CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR and, in this case, the companies participating in the CONTENT SERVICE, do not bear any responsibility for losses of any nature, direct, indirect and / or incidental, occurred or delayed, arising from or as a consequence of the use of the award.
In addition, the CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR do not bear any responsibility in the event of a situation that prevented MOBIUZ users from participating in the competition due to technical limitations or other typical GSM services, for example: the network is busy, the phone memory is full, incorrect use of SMS services, the number specified for this service is dialed incorrectly or blocked by the subscriber device, being out of the network access zone, insufficient funds on the SIM card account, exceeding the credit limit, etc.
13. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to this CONTENT SERVICE must be formalized in writing.Possible disputes arising between the CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR and the participants of the CONTENT SERVICE will be resolved by peaceful negotiations or, if this is not possible, by the authorized courts of Uzbekistan.
14. Announcements
The terms of this CONTENT SERVICE are available to the public through the website www.6303.uz and / or at any of the Organizer's offices / stores.
15. Binding agreement of the participants
The winners authorize the CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR to reproduce and use their name, surname and other information, as well as their photo in any public advertising activity related to the CONTENT SERVICE, in which they are the winners, without the above use, without providing them with any or any other remuneration or benefit, except for the presentation of the received award.
Winners agree to participate in promotional interviews, photography and / or video filming for the purpose of advertising CONTENT SERVICES.
Participants can be informed by the CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR (via SMS or any other means of communication) about subsequent services outside the validity period of the CONTENT SERVICE.
All items, attachments and information included in these Terms or any other informational materials (advertising and / or presentation) related to this CONTENT SERVICE, which must be published in any media and / or on the website. on www.6303.uz at any time before or during the validity period of CONTENT SERVICES are an integral part of the CONTENT SERVICES rules.
THE OPERATOR and CONTENT PROVIDER reserve the right to terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
The OPERATOR and the CONTENT PROVIDER are not responsible for the amount of money that the participants must spend during the validity of the CONTENT SERVICE, including money illegally withdrawn from the accounts of the participants by third parties (including the disabled, partially disabled, infants or minors).
By participating in the CONTENT SERVICE, the participants hereby guarantee that all information provided to the CONTENT PROVIDER and the OPERATOR is true, current and complete.
